Cancellation Policy
We accept return requests only under specific conditions: if the product is damaged, leaking, expired, or incorrect upon delivery; if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging; if the return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery; and if a clear unboxing video is provided as mandatory proof. Please note that certain items are non-returnable and not eligible for refunds. These include opened or used products, items without original packaging or invoice, products purchased during sales, offers, or promotions, customized kits, salon-exclusive or professional products, and products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage.
Cancellation Policy
At Color Now Professional, we aim to process your orders swiftly. An order can be cancelled only while it is in the ‘Pending’ state. Once order processing has started, it cannot be cancelled. Customers must contact us with valid reasons for cancellation. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation. Once a cancellation request is raised, it may take up to 1–2 business days to process. You will be notified of the status through your registered contact number.
