Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped immediately upon successful payment. Purchases are shipped directly from our warehouse in Delhi via courier.

Processing Time: All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day.
Delivery Time:
- Standard Delivery: 3-4 business days.
- Interior/Remote Locations: 7-10 working days.
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders worth INR 999/- and above.

Processing Time: All international orders are processed within 1 business day.
Delivery Time: 10-12 business days.
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all international orders worth INR 5,999/- and above.
Customs & Duties: All international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying these local charges.

Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Signatures Required: Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be present to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative recipient (e.g., a family member, colleague, or neighbor). Please note: Colornow Professional takes no responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative person.
Shipping Rates: Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, and type. All applicable shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Colornow Professional is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.
For standard deliveries, all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of the day of delivery.
For COD deliveries, all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
